As one of our Field Sales Team associates, you will be collecting client study requirement data by talking with client over the phone including cold calling, e-mail and direct to consumer sales. You will also have the opportunity to talk with industry leaders/scientists directly within Oklahoma City area to build relationships and acquiring intelligence on their study requirements- so outgoing personalities are a plus!


  • For collecting and transmitting data gathered from the various sales efforts.

  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers as a representative of Drik.

Our team is looking for interns or part-time, to help in website development- clean up and make changes to an ongoing revisions to our existing WordPress website and be responsible for helping generate SEO/Search Engine Optimization recommendations that increase web presence, drive traffic, build brands and encourage conversions, running e-mail campaign, metrics, customer surveys, google forms and google ad words.
Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable in the latest trends and best practices in print and web design as well as proven web programming skills within the WordPress content management system with SEO/internet marketing.
Authorized to work in the United States.
This position is a part-time or freelance position, onsite or remote considered.

Skills and Experience required:

  •  Excellent understanding of all things WordPress including HTML and CSS and code structure, cPanel, FTP.
  • Understanding of on-site search engine optimization practices and principles is a must, as is experience implementing recommendations and tracking results.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with SEO/internet marketing
  • Familiarity and/or experience with the following WordPress plug-ins, tools, and components preferred: Gravity Forms, SEO Premium, SEO Video, SEO Local, SEO News, Envira Gallery, WPML, Visual Composer, Uber Menu Suite, and Genesis Framework
  • The developer should be also be well-versed in mobile responsive design
  • Experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites and modifying themes
  • Experience setting up Google Analytics and WordPress SEO Understanding of responsive web design
  • Experience with image editing programs: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator to create graphics, design visual imagery, advertising media, print media and website graphics as needed for web, social media outlets, and printed marketing materials

Position Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Work with content creators to incorporate SEO elements for on-page optimization
  • Conduct keyword and competitive research for SEO strategy development
  • SEO audits and provide prioritized recommendations on findings On-site technical SEO including architecture, crawling, indexing and ranking signals
  • Website update and maintenance
  • Manage SEO & SEM campaigns, Social Media Management (e.g. plug-ins, blogs, key word optimization, etc)
  • Use Google analytics to report on trends, suggest improvements to improve performance and revenue.
  • Manage Google Adwords account, track analytics, report on trends, and suggest improvements to campaigns. Improve website SEO performance, e-mail campaign, metrics generation and analysis
  • Create and update marketing materials

BASIC SUMMARY: Serve as a scientist in the conduct of assigned nonclinical research studies of moderate to high complexity, to include study management, interpretation and reporting of study data, and assuring the regulatory compliance of these projects. This individual will research toxicological data, and write risk assessments as well as provide consulting.


Function independently in the direction and execution of assigned studies in compliance with SOPs and regulations as they apply to the conduct of nonclinical research.
Participate in and coordinate all phases of the study planning process with appropriate departments.
Generate high-quality protocols, amendments, and reports appropriate for assigned studies.
Review, interpret, integrate, and present data on assigned studies with minimal assistance.
Function independently as contact for the planning and execution of sponsor interaction related to assigned studies, including proposal management and study scheduling, conduct and reporting.
Assist in the oversight of the laboratory and mentor technical staff in areas such as protocol interpretation, method development and refinement, study-related problem resolution, and technique validation.
Review reports for peers as needed.
Provide technical and scientific guidance to the research staff. Prepare technical documents and apply for grants based on scientific ideas developed.
May supervise research and/or scientific staff, as appropriate for scope of responsibilities.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A.) or equivalent in a scientific related discipline. Related Master’s degree (M.S./M.A.) or PhD/DVM preferred.

Experience Minimum of 8 to 9 years related experience in the contract research, academic, or pharmaceutical industry. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

Certification/Licensure: DABT preferred.


Understanding of regulatory requirements of study types assigned, as well as Testing Facility SOPs and the Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), as appropriate. Demonstrate leadership skills as they pertain to intra- and interdepartmental initiatives, Sponsor interactions, and business development. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines. Proficiency in the use of standard software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Prism, SPSS, etc. and with standard laboratory calculations.
